Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-Belt FTB-2-55 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lumberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lumonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lucas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lumberg such as the RK4060230F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E68Z2201C manufactured by Lumonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Lumonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K3SO36057404GBK3SO360574046B95450401 by Manufacturer Lucas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Logicube Brand SF5000U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Load-Controls such as PCR1800 equipment made by Load-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Load-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Load-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DMED310T2 made by Lovato as well as the popular 144503 original spares produced by Lock

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0910ASL403 by Lumberg and PCR1800 spares by Load-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CJ4B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Louis-Allis.
